Shelley's BBQ

Thank you Shelley for throwing a GREAT BBQ!!! Everything was perfect. You are a fantastic hostess. Here are a few choice moments that I was able to capture. I had a wonderful time. Love you.

Boys will always be boys

The boys just sitting back and relaxing, oh, wait Ryan has
spotted something.


What is that?

Wow!!! Can you believe that! A bee eating that shrimp!!!

Corn?

I asked Tommy if he would bring me a corn on the cob. This is what happened.


He brought the corn still in husk, no butter and salt , in a cup.
"Would you please husk it and put butter and salt on it?"
"OK"
He was gone for a while, so I looked for him and saw him just
standing there with confused look on his face. Guess he didn't
know what to do.

So, I went to help him. Look at that happy face now.

This Great Horned Owl was hanging out in my back yard
this evening.

My quiet retreat

This is where I hang out to rest and wind down.
The clear pics are afternoon, the blurry ones are
evening ( I haven't mastered the knack of holding
the camera still while the shutter is opened longer
for night shots- maybe I need a tripod. )

They are doing much better than the veggies.
