Fancy Feathers -11 weeks

Smallest and fanciest.
He rules the roost- when the ducks let him. Sometimes when he starts to crow the ducks come up to him, butt him with their chests and knock him over.
They love weeds.
She's got an itch.
Another itch!
She's the quietest of the bunch.
Strutting her stuff.
Mud mouth.
She looks more like a hawk than a chicken.
Fancy tail.
More strutting.
Check out those cheeks.
Here's the quiet girl again.

Bambi

Friends of mine rescued an orphaned fawn. They checked with Dnr, who said they could do nothing but that my friends could try to care for the fawn until it's old enough to go out on it's own. Unfortunately, for my friends, the husband had to have back surgery this weekend, so I get to babysit. Here are some pics of Bambi.  I am bottle feeding her and she has really taken to it, she also tried a bit of wild grass and seemed to enjoy it.
